Login using email address registered with Southern Tigers Sdn Bhd, Temporary password is your IC number without dash (eg, 690204015569)

I do not have a credit card,are there alternative payment methods to purchase online?

Yes, alternative payment methods we have online are as below:

  • Internet banking facilities (CIMBClicks, AmOnline (AmBank) & Hong Leong Online)
  • To purchase using Maybank2U, Maybank2e, Bank Islam, CimbClick, Hong Leong Connect, RHBNow & PBeBank.com internet banking facilities, please select “FPX” from the “Payment Method” dropdown box.
  • E-wallet: Web Cash

If my transaction failed during payment/check out process (For eg. I did not receive my confirmation email, payment failed, I was doubled charged)

Please email us at sales@johorsoutherntigers.com.my with your contact number, full name, credit card number, issuing bank, transaction date, amount charged, and email address registered with JST. Kindly DO NOT provide additional info which has not been requested as above.

If my transaction failed before payment process (For example, when keying in credit card details)

I bought an item(s) via paypal, what happens next?

An email containing your order confirmation will be sent from Shop Johor Southern Tigers to your email registered with Paypal, should you not receive this, kindly email sales@johorsoutherntigers.com.my your name, contact, transaction ID and details of the item(s) you purchased.

I’ve just made my purchase online but have not received my confirmation email
